I read some articles, so i figured iapos;d write this little blurb.

i love lolita.

i pride myself on being polite. i did not learn about lolita from music or anime or cosplay. In fact, i learned from #39; website. I learned about her website due to a brief interest in making plush dolls. She had made a set of "Japanese street fashion" stickers, including lolita, decora, and gyaru. I liked them all, yet lolita appealed to me the most. She also linked to several articles on the fashions, which i promptly engrossed myself in. At this point in time, i don#39;t believe i had any set fashion, but i did have some interest in gothic fashion (and lacked the money and the resolve to spend it at Hot Topic instead of Goodwill). A few months later (in fact, it may have been up to a year, though i can#39;t recall), i did even more research and wrote a speech on the fashions for school, waltzing into class wearing a Bodyline butterfly yukata. My reputation as a strange dresser was thus solidified.

i#39;ve sifted through scores of pages of various styles, enjoying nearly everything but unsure as to what was really "me", but finding my favorite and most wearable pieces among the gothic lolita style, progressing through waloli and maid lolita. Finally i#39;ve arrived quite comfortably in my niche of mostly sweet lolita - inspired by maid, pirate, and sailor pieces, maybe even a dash of guro thanks to LOVELESS and Air Gear - reaching into tailored gothic looks for my more mature side, which continues to hold its own despite being fought by an army of lollipops. I#39;m still growing in terms of what i own, but i#39;ve finally made some progress in building my wardrobe with basic sweet and casual workable items. I finally feel like i can "be lolita".

On Thursday October 16th, Macnab issued a exhibition game against ACMT to practise for the new season. It was an intense game that went 8 minutes in over time. Macnab showed good defensive strategies and ACMT showed incredible speed and chemistry between the players. The final score was 98-69 for ACMT. I interviewed two of the boys on the Macnab team. I asked Mike Rutledge, "What do you need to improve on for your next first season game?" "We need more commitment defensively but the team was relaxed in the 2nd half, so we ran our plays alot better." I asked Jared Melendez, "What was your biggest weakness against ACMT?" "Our team was immitated by the other team and there wasn't enough leadership." Macnab showed great effort in this exhibition game.

I like this quote because it says that sometimes you have to go out on a lim to get your point accross. The point is that, for a thesis statement, no one would actually do something as drastic as a scream. But it says that you do have to say or do something that is going to catch the readers attention. That is what a thesis is about, and also to explain what the topic is you are speaking about. I think that this says something good because the point is to be open about the subject and have a strong opinion.

Eeeeeeheeheehee So amused right now Okay, so I was reading my psychology stuff, and itapos;s talking about how little kids figure out gender roles and stuff like that. And the psychology book is real big on, like, citing things properly, so youapos;ll be readin along and itapos;ll go like (Spooner, 1987) or something like that. So hereapos;s this big gender identity topic going on, and one of the citation things says (Fagot, 1993) Ahahaha Faggot, only spelled different Ahahaa

Okay well, in light of Carleyapos;s bad news. As well as unwaivering tendency towards not wanting to excersize with me, which sucks worse than all the other problems we have, even my parents. Iapos;m gonna force myself to change my emotions, cause Iapos;m done being an emotional victim to life. Itapos;s time to toughen up.

#1. I am greatful for Dave and his freindship over the years. We have not always been the tightest of freinds, but it seems that he is more of a staple for good things in my life than bad. Good freinds are hard to come by, especially as you get older. Our workouts have been good for both my body and my soul. Iapos;m really happy I get to workout with him tonight and I hope itapos;s a rough one.

#2. My health. Granted I am starting a laundry list of complaints that will, I fear unless things change, one day rival my fathers. Thatapos;s why I gotta get back into shape. Start eating healthier and work hard at becoming the peacful warior.

#3. Youth and reasonible decision making. Iapos;m greaful Iapos;m still in my twenties and able to change things for my future with Realitive ease. That I have quit alot of bad habbits that were draining the potential for change. That I havenapos;t had a child or DUI, or any really restrictive choices.
